We use it as a central hub where leads come through web forms, landing pages and chatbots for routed leads directly to our inbox. Campaigns add on let us manage marketing emails directly from same place where we can mange sales pipeline. Leads scoring provides common workflow for prospect's engagement automatically create deals to assign sales rep. The visual pipeline feature perform very well and intuitive enough for non tech users to understand status of deal and automation builder. The integration with unlimited applications praised us marketing stack into existed stack. It comes with lighter features then other dedicated marketing tools, when we start using advanced deal management system the cost climbs which can be not best option for companies with lower budget.
I like how it saves time from reminding sales for sorting leads and follow up happen automatically. It connects marketing and sales together which turn campaigns into real sales instead of just click ups.
The email marketing feels bit basic as compared to other alternatives, while if we want fancier email campaigns with deeper reports than we have to ad extra add ons which charge more cost.
I’ve used a fair few CRMs, and Pipedrive is one of the easiest to work with. The visual pipeline makes it obvious where every deal sits, and the activity reminders stop follow-ups from being forgotten. Reporting can take a bit of fiddling to get right, but for managing day-to-day sales, it is quick, clear and genuinely useful.
