Makes Managing Several Properties Much Easier

I’ve used Hospitable since it was called Smartbnb and now use it across all the Airbnb properties I manage. The automated messages save me hours. Guests receive the right information before check-in and check-out, while my cleaners are notified whenever a booking is confirmed, changed or cancelled. Once the templates are set up, it works well in the background. I also like the fixed pricing, as I would rather pay a set amount than lose a percentage of every reservation. There are a few irritations. Messages can start going out as soon as a listing is activated, so everything needs checking first. The number of notification emails is excessive, and some areas of the interface could be clearer. I also found the automated questions feature too fiddly for the value it provided. Despite that, Hospitable has saved me a lot of repetitive work. I would recommend it to hosts managing multiple properties, provided they take the time to set it up properly.

Pros

The automated guest messages save me a lot of time, and I like that cleaners are notified when bookings change. The fixed pricing is fair, and once everything is set up, it runs reliably in the background.

Cons

The interface could be clearer, and there should be one switch to pause every automation for a property. I would also like more control over notification emails, as there are far too many.
