Expensive But Good

If you need to syndicate your reviews, BazaarVoice (BV) is really the only game in town. It's expensive and not easy to set up, but if you're a CPG brand, it's worth it. The reach is what you're paying for. BV pushes your reviews out across a massive retailer network, so the same reviews show up on the product pages where people actually buy, not just your own site. For CPG that matters a lot, because most of your sales aren't happening on your DTC store. Getting your ratings and reviews in front of shoppers on major retail sites can be the difference between winning and losing the shelf. Just go in with your eyes open. Setup takes real time and effort, and you'll probably need someone technical to get it wired up properly. The platform isn't the most intuitive either, so expect a learning curve. And the pricing is steep enough that it's hard to justify unless syndication is genuinely core to your strategy. Bottom line: if you're a smaller brand or reviews aren't a big part of how you sell, there are cheaper options that'll do the job.
